Raised in the architectural and real estate development world, Elise honed her skills working for her father, Gil Garcia, who continues to contribute his 50 years of invaluable expertise to our firm's projects. . After earning her Bachelor's degree in architecture, Elise gained invaluable experience at large design firms and as an in-house construction project manager for prominent property owners before establishing her own firm in 2004.
