We have extensive experience as an Owner's Representative managing the architects, engineers, and contractors on commercial projects. On smaller projects, we often manage the individual subcontractors on your behalf. On larger projects, we'll manage general contractors. Other services provided include conceptual design, regional and nationwide roll-out management, feasibility studies, analysis of real estate portfolios and consolidation opportunity studies, vendor master agreement negotiations, and property condition assessments.
