RESIDENTIAL INTERIOR DESIGN, DECORATING & ARCHITECTURAL REMODELS



We love helping homeowners improve the beauty and functionality of your home. Transforming spaces through architectural upgrades, interior design and decorating is our specialty. From conceptual design through the end of construction, we make the process as seamless as possible. Once construction is complete, we'll install new furniture and decor within days so you can start enjoying your new space. COMMERCIAL INTERIOR DESIGN, ARCHITECTURE & PROJECT MANAGEMENT



From office tenant improvements to banks, about 50% of our projects have been commercial. We'll assist in providing initial cost estimates and negotiating tenant improvement allowances, and reviewing lease terms. Whether it's a lobby remodel, facade upgrade, tenant improvement, or a new ground-up building, we have the expertise to quickly move from conceptual design through construction completion within your budget and timeframe.




SENIOR HOUSING INTERIOR DESIGN & DECORATING



We are experts in the design needs of the aging and memory-challenged population. The physiology and mental needs of our elderly require unique solutions for lighting, acoustics, paint colors, furniture, flooring, and just about every aspect of design. Whether you're in need of several furniture pieces or a complete interior makeover, we can help. We are passionate about ensuring that the lives of our senior community are as easy and joyful as possible, and offer a free one-on-one class to senior housing management.




RESIDENTIAL GROUND-UP ARCHITECTURE & INTERIORS



We have designed hundreds of custom ground-up homes in Santa Barbara and throughout Southern California. We specialize in Spanish, craftsman, cottage, and modern styles. From conceptual design through the end of construction, we make the process as seamless as possible. MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ARCHITECTURE & INTERIOR DESIGN



We have designed numerous condominiums and apartments buildings ranging from 2 to 50 units, ranging in style from Spanish to craftsman to contemporary, mostly in urban infill settings. As past real estate developers ourselves, we understand developers' needs, and push projects through permitting as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of design that will facilitate sales and rentals. We have expertise in wellness-based design, and the unique needs of the aging, therefore excel at designing senior housing projects as well.

Some of our smallest projects, such as an ornate wrought iron and gold leaf monument sign, have been the most satisfying and have been recognized with community awards. We work closely with the craftspeople needed to ensure a beautiful execution, providing a seamless experience for our clients.





SMALL OFF-GRID BUILDINGS



We are experts at small off-grid buildings that do not require a building permit. Whether it's on wheels, or permanent, we can design and manage the construction of your small space that utilizes the same type of infrastructure as recreational vehicles. We can even design a custom recreational vehicle or camper van that uses non-toxic, VOC-free products. Create a small guest room, rental unit, or yoga, meditation or art studio on your property. If it's on wheels, take it out to nature for some recreating!
